Dear Mr. Joseph Ruggiero Sr. And Jr., My wife Ana , her brothers: Nelson, and Calixto, and I are Especally Grateful to you both and to your staff for providing us with Exceptional Service right from the start and all the way through the entire Funeral process and the Cremation Services that you both arranged for us. We Truly appreciate your attention to detail, entertaining & answering all of our questions and concerns , for helping us even at the last minute before the services began, and for going above and beyond for our Family right down to the smallest detail at this Very Difficult time for us! We have used your Fine Services in the past and we will continue to do so going forward! Plus, we shall continue to tell others to definitely consider Ruggiero M.F.H. For all their Funeral arrangement needs. Also, we appreciate the Service provided by one of your Drivers named James. He provided Prompt, Courteous , and Caring Service while taking us to and from the Church and the Cemetery this past Saturday 4/28/18. He even helped deliver flowers to us at our home that had arrived late to the Funeral Home. James is a credit to the Ruggiero Memorial Funeral Home. Thank You, Sincerely, from The Bermudez and Martin Family.
When a family faces a situation, to which we did recently, it's family and friends that are leaned upon. While my mother left me instructions that Ruggiero's would be her choice for the final viewing, I want you to know that you fulfilled her expectations and made this event extremely bearable for me and my family.
I know I mentioned this within my eulogy, but wanted to once more express my appreciation to you and to your extended family at Ruggiero's.
Thanks again for the kindness and assistance.
Your donation of a memorial leaf for Aunt Mary at the Don Orione Shrine was the most touching remembrance her family received. I have told her sister, brothers and husband of your kindness. Thank you from all of us.
A pretty bouquet sent especially to say "Thank you so much for what you did!"
You've been more than kind.
I want to than you so very much for attending my Mom's funeral services. You were there at the funeral home, church mass & cemetery and I will never forget that. I know it was not easy for you to be, but my Mom loves you for it and so do I. In my book, you're quite a man. You sure walked tall that night. Thanks again & God Bless you & your family.
Love, Cousin Roe
Many, many thanks for your kindness and support during the loss or our beloved MaryAnn.
Just a quick note to say thank you for everything you and your staff did for us during my uncle Rocky's services. You always go above and beyond and it is comforting to feel "at home" during such a sad & lonely time. You have the biggest heart and it shows in every aspect of your business from rides for family members to complimenting me on my eulogy. You are the best there is and you make the most painful process in the world a lot easier to handle. Your warmth, caring staff, and the serene atmosphere you provide are all a bonus!
Thank you for all the special things you do!!
Thank you for everything you do.
PS Thank you for putting up w/ my sassiness!!
Dear Joe, Mark & Associates,
Thank you for all the kindness you extended to my family during a very difficult time.. My mom was the heartbeat within us. I am appreciative for the respect & dignity extended.
My mom truly looked at peace., I will keep reflecting on her viewing & honestly I have to say you made her look younger (Annette would have been pleased).
Thank you for all the personal touches that make you all so special.
Warm Regards, Joyce & Family
Joe Ruggiero & Staff & Family,
We cannot thank you enough for your exemplary services during our time of loss. Your care, empathy & professionalism was apparent & appreciated every step of the way. There was no judgement toward my brother & his life. He was treated with dignity & respect. You did not flinch when approached with any untraditional requests that my mother had as her last wishes to say good-bye. You have trained & professional staff. You created an environment that is warm & welcoming. You have helped us & I'm sure so many more make these painful days a lot easier. Thank you. And thank you & your family for the transportation, prayer cards & thank you cards. That was a huge help. And for your care & concern for the financial burden. Please know that everything you've done is deeply appreciated. You are doing what you're meant to do., helping others. Thanks again for everything. God bless.
With Love, Christine Coughlin Armeda Martorano & Family

On behalf of the YMCA East Boston Branch, I would personally like to thank you for your donation to the 2001 Reach Out for Youth Annual Support Campaign.
Your donation will directly affect the lives of families and children in East Boston.
Your generosity is appreciated.
Liz appreciated all that you did for the family.
It's taken some time for me to drop you a line thanking you for all that you did for us...I'm still dealing with all this in my own way even though I know it was the best for my mother.
You couldn't have made it any easier for us or nicer for my mother and for that I will always be grateful to you. You have done a wonderful job transforming your "home" into a home, exactly how YOU thought it should be and we are all very proud of you. I don't know how we would have gotten through the whole thing without your guidance step by step.
Wanted to say "THANK YOU" from the bottom of our heart!
Thank you again with love, Ellen

Joe and the gang,
Thank you so very much for all you did during my loss of my mother. Words cannot express my gratitude.
The family of, Roberta M Sheehan
It was very much appreciated.
It has taken me forever to send this to you, only to find the right words to sincerely thank you for all you did, for your support, for your equipment, and lastly for being with us during the wake & funeral of your friend and ours. Tony would be honored for the respect & love that was shown to him. He will be greatly missed by everyone especially me & Anthony for he was a true mentor in his life. We will continue Spadorfora Funeral Home as they would have want it to go on! Only he will be in our hearts and minds, especially when we do anything wrong. His business was his life. His life will go on.
Warmest Regards, Anthony & Lucelle
I just wanted to take some time to say how much I appreciate all that you did for my family and myself at a time when we needed someone just like yourself, so kind and understanding. Everyone in my family told me how kind you were to them and you bent over backwards for my father, Henry W. Andrews, Jr. I will never forget you and all you've done to make life much easier at this time of need in our lives.
Thank you very much. Billy
A Sincere Thanks to All of You
Each one of you has been so nice It makes it very hard to put so much real gratitude into a single card. But if each one of you will read between the lines, you'll know this brings a "thank-you" more sincere than words could ever show.
We want to thank you and all of your staff for your kindness, thoughtfulness and professionalism in our time of need. We appreciate all you did for us.
Also a sincere thank you for the flowers from your family.
Mary, Ron & Betty
With Special Thanks!
Your thoughtfulness has a way of touching lives...of making days a little brighter, hearts a little happier and problems seem a whole lot smaller.
It's people like you who make the difference in this world. And though you may not hear it often, you are appreciated very much. Your kindness will never be forgotten.

Father John has written to inform me that you have been so kind as to have added a leaf to the Tree of Life at the Madonna Shrine in Jim's memory. He is most grateful, as am I for your generous gesture. My family and I have been deeply touched by all you have done for us. It has made a difficult time in our lives a little easier. The men & woman that you have working for you are a credit to your business. They could not do enough for us, our family & friends.
What can I say about John Guarino, he made my brother look like he was at peace, but I knew he would, as he is the best in the business.
We all thank you from the bottom of our hearts. I am proud to call you my Joey.
With much love & affection, Linda & family
Thank you so much for your generosity & kindness in my time of sorrow. It was a first class service.
Anna & Family
My sister and I want to commend you and your staff for the wonderful care you gave our family during our time of bereavement.
You made everything much easier for us. We were both so impressed by your great attention to even the smallest details. My Mom would have been very proud and happy to see what a "classy" funeral she had. We could never have imagined how beautiful you made her look.. The months of stress and pain disappeared under your talented hands.
Thank you again Joe,
Warmest Regards, Mary & Margaret
Just wanted to say thank you for doing an outstanding job last week at my grandmothers funeral. You really helped my mother and aunt through a very difficult time with the "little things" you did that you probably weren't even aware you were doing. It made me feel good every time my mother would talk about what a great job you and your staff did. You are a good man, and thanks again for helping my family through such a difficult time.
God Bless, Mark
Joseph Ruggiero, Director
I would just like to tell you how impressed I was with your immaculate memorial home. I attended the funeral of Jason Trombley and I was taken back by your extremely friendly and helpful valet's, your clean facility, and the overall personal atmosphere of the entire ceremony. I have been to nearly every funeral home in East Boston, being that I live here myself, yours is by far the most pleasant one I've been to thus far. Good job and please keep up the good work. Its families like yours that make us proud to be from Eastie!
Thank you for your thoughtfulness it meant a lot.
I'm the one who called you and you gave me no hassle. I told everybody at Our Lady of Assumption.
Thanks again, Ann
The EBCCS Christmas Fair was a great SUCCESS thanks to you. We are so fortunate to be able to depend on you as one of our dearest supporters. May the peace and joy of Christmas be with you throughout the holiday season and New Year. On behalf of the entire school I thank you for your continued support.
You really make a difference!
Thanks for all the kind words and hospitality you've shown me and my wife when in East Boston.
It's the professional guys like yourself that give politics a good name rather than everything you hear or read about.
It's all about good people helping good neighborhoods.
Thanks again! Dan
We would like to take this opportunity to write and thank you for making such a difficult time, a tolerable, peaceful task. This was entirely because of your compassion, expertise and most of all your professionalism. Everyone remarked on how beautiful and regal my mother looked. This was so comforting and such a blessing for us. Every detail no matter how big or small was taken care of by you and your staff.
You and your staff made her funeral elegant and dignified and you all should be complimented for it.
Sincerely, The family of Louise Lazzari Richie, Patty & Elaine
I just want to give you a personal thank you for being so good to Brad's family. His mother has never had to deal with death before and as you can see she was very nervous about everything. I know you gave them a break and didn't have to do that. The gift of clothing is also greatly appreciated. You have always been a kind an generous person and I want you to know that I have always admired that about you. Thanks again and we will talk soon.
This extra special thank you note sent to you today holds more appreciation than any words can say, for you're among the nicest people I have ever known, and you'll never be forgotten for the thoughtfulness you've shown.

Couldn't forget to say thanks because it really meant a lot, so I will say it again. Thank you for doing a wonderful job Joe, I'm sure that John is blessing you from above.
It doesn't seem possible that Fr. John has left us weeks ago. He was very lucky to have you as his friend. I'm sure you have many memories that will help you get through a void in your heart. He has done so much in his 24 yrs in Boston. Let's make sure his dreams continue. His service was beautiful. You should be proud and I'm sure Fr. John is smiling down on us! Please take care of you.
In our recent loss of Fr. John you were available at all times. Your regular duties were put on hold. I personally want to thank you for all you did. As you probably know, Deb and I were friends with Fr. John and Fr. Angelo from day one. Now all we have is beautiful memories of them. They are our angels in heaven.
God bless you and family.
Love and Prayers, Elsie

Dear Mr. Ruggiero,
My warmest thank you to you & your staff for the caring professional service extended to my family & I during the funeral services of our grandfather Matthew.
For Wonderful You Warm Words of Gratitude
There are wonderful people who give from their hearts in thoughtful and unselfish ways. So willing to share, help out, or be there, no matter how busy their days...
There are people we count on, whose wisdom and caring help everything work out just right. Wonderful people who shine in our lives with their gentle and beautiful lights.
If you could hear the prayers that fill each thought of you and the smiles that warm each memory of the generous things you do, you'd know you're treasured more than words can say.
Thank you so much.
Dear Joe & Sons,
What more can I say, this card says it all. The only thing it doesn't say about you Joe is, how you always make me feel like a million dollars. When you told me about the vault that grandma was going in, that marble vault was out of this world and that you did that for me. Words are priceless.
Always, Your friends, Deborah & Sandra

Thank you for all your help & support with the funeral arrangements for Mom. I know you were suffering with your foot & in spite of that, you were present to ensure that all went well.
You were such a caring & compassionate friend to both of my parents. Thank you for transporting Dad to all those Kiwanis meetings & for making those trips to the pharmacy at Mom's request.
Mom & Dad may have physically left East Boston but their spirit still lives on in the community that they loved & with their friends like yourself, that they cherished!
Warmest Regards, Ella

Dear Joe & Staff,
Thank you for your kindness, professionalism and understanding during our recent loss. Even though things were "bare-boned" as they say, your people never made it feel like my brother wasn't getting the best send off.
Heartfelt thanks, Dolly & Family
When I attended Yola Moscaritolo's funeral, it was lovely to see what you have done to bring comfort to those who mourn. The seating area by the video was comforting and inviting. I chuckled when I saw the coffee set-up.
As you know my dad went to many wakes. He felt this is so important to honor the dead and share a story with the family. He always wished that coffee would be available to the people coming to pay their respect. We honored his wishes on the second night of his wake, in Randolph, with coffee and pastry. He would be thrilled to see that you provide this now to all who come to your "memorial home".
Wishing you continued success, Paula
Mike and I along with Paul and our extended family would like to thank you for your kindness, support and extremely professional service that you showed us during this difficult time. Dad's memory was treated with the utmost respect and he had a beautiful sendoff. All of your staff was remarkable. Words cannot express how much of a help you were and a comfort. You are like family and Dad always thought of you in that way with the utmost respect. Thank you again.
Love, Mike, Anita & Family
Thank you for all you do, not only for us but for our parish as well.
