Mario Sutera, of Boston's North End, passed away surrounded by his loving family on January 31st at the age of 90.
Husband of the late Lili (Der Parseghian).
Devoted father of Carl Sutera and his wife Emmy of Wilmington, Ann Sutera-Pereira and her husband Robert of California, Nevina Saitta and her husband Ronald of Chelsea, Mario Sutera and his wife Cathy of Texas.
Dear brother of Luzy Graffeo of Somerville, Salvatore Sutera of Andover, and the late Marie Tarantino of Winthrop, Beatrice and Josephine Catanzaro, Catherine Cadigan, Annette Papa, Ignazio "Fred", Vincent, Leo and Carl Sutera.
Adored grandfather of 11 grandchildren.
Also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
Family and friends will honor Mario's life by gathering for funeral mass at St. Leonard's Church Hanover St., Boston's North End on Monday February 8th at 10:00AM. Mass will be lived streamed https://www.facebook.com/StLeonardsParish . Services will conclude with private internment at Woodlawn Cemetery with full military honors. Late Army Vet. Korean Conflict.

All services will be held in accordance with Phase-2 of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts phased reopening plan due to COVID-19. Capacity will be limited. Face coverings are required to be worn and social distancing measures are encouraged.
