Helen Dorothea (Briana) Curtin, of East Boston born September 21, 1943, daughter of the late James Briana and Florence (Saia), entered into eternal rest on February 3, 2021.
Wife of the late Joseph Curtin whom she was married for thirty six years.
She is predeceased by her brother, James Briana, and his wife, Virginia, of Quincy. Survived by her sister, Anne Straccia, of Revere.
Also survived by her son Derek Curtin Sr. and his wife, Alyssa, of Revere.
Also survived by her grandchildren, Tanya Farrohi and her husband, Daniel, of Milford, Derek Jr. of South Boston, Emilie of Greenfield, and Hanna Seibert of Lancaster, New Hampshire.
Helen also leaves her companion of the last six years, Steve Feeney.
She is also survived by cousins, nieces, and nephews, especially the Fougere Family and her best friend, Anna, whom she knew for seventy years.
Family and friends will honor Helen's life by gathering at the Ruggiero Family Memorial Home, 971 Saratoga Street, (Orient Heights) East Boston, on Saturday, February 13th, from 10:00 A.M. to 12:00 P.M. A prayer service will be held in the Serenity Chapel at 11:30 A.M. Committal services will be at Bourne National Cemetery on a later date.
