Rose Ann Bruno, of East Boston, passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family on January 21st at the age of 82.

Rose was born in Boston on March 16,1936 to Dominic and Lena (Drago) DiMarzo. She lived in East Boston all her life.

Beloved mother of Louise A. Capone and her husband Charles of East Boston, Doreen Bruno of East Boston, Jacqueline Ballantine of East Boston and Debra Rowe and her husband Freddy of East Boston.

Dear sister of Joseph DiMarzo, Frank DiMarzo, Marie Pepe and Marion Puleio.

Cherished grandmother of 9 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren.

Also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.

Family and friends will honor Rose's life by gathering at the Ruggiero Family Memorial 971 Saratoga St., East Boston on Sunday January 27th from 2:00PM to 6:00PM and again on Monday morning 8:30AM before leaving in procession to St. Joseph -St. Lazarus Church Ashley St., East Boston for a 10:00AM funeral mass in celebration of Rose's life. Services will conclude with Rose being laid to rest with her parents at Woodlawn Cemetery in Everett, MA.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
