Mulry - Velma G. (McCarthy) of Winthrop, passed away on Friday June 19th, 2009.
Devoted mother of Carla J. Famolare of Saugus.
Dear sister of the late Jean Collignon.
Cherished grandmother of Michael Famolare, Angela Rourke and her husband
Craig, and the late Paula Famolare.
Adored great grandmother of Joshua and Nicole Rourke, and the late
Zachary.
Loving aunt of Ross Collignon and his wife Susan, and Jennifer, Jeffrey
and Cassidy.
Visiting hours in the Ruggiero-Mazzarella Memorial Home, 971 Saratoga
Street, (Orient Heights) East Boston, on Tuesday morning June 23rd from
9:00am -11.00am, followed by a Funeral Mass celebrating Velma's life in St. John the Evangelist Church, 320 Winthrop Street, Winthrop
at 11:30am.
Relative and friends respectfully invited.
Memorial donations in Velma's honor may be made to the St. Jude
Children's Research Hospital, 262 Danny Thomas Place, Memphis TN 38105.
Services will conclude with Velma being laid to rest in the Winthrop
Cemetery in Winthrop.
