Chiarella - Carmine L. of Beachmont in Revere, passed away on Friday July 1st, 2011.
Beloved husband of the late Mary (Taramina) Chiarella.
Devoted father of Loretta Woods, Carmine Chiarella and Gail Kasner.
Carmine is survived by 3 sisters and predeceased by 2 brothers and 1 sister.
Also survived by his cherished grandchildren, as well as his many loving nieces and nephews.
Funeral Services will be held in the chapel of the Ruggiero-Mazzarella Memorial Home, 971 Saratoga Street, (Orient Heights) East Boston on Wednesday July 6th at 10:00am.
Visiting hours are on Tuesday July 5th from 4:00pm to 8:00pm.
Relatives and friends respectfully invited.
Carmine was born in Boston in 1920 to the late Sabino and Lauretta Chiarella. He worked for many years as a laborer in the construction industry. He took much pride in his work, and was a past member of Brotherhood Union Local 22. Carmen passed away peacefully in the Whidden Memorial Hospital on Friday afternoon after a brief illness. He was 90 years of age.
